John Warren is the President of WN Global and TSP Mfg., where he leads the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence across advanced manufacturing solutions serving the global energy and industrial sectors. With more than 35 years of international leadership experience, he has built a reputation for transforming organizations, strengthening commercial performance, and aligning engineered products with the rigorous technical and compliance needs of customers who design, build, and operate critical equipment across the energy value chain.
A seasoned global executive, John has worked across four continents—including the United States, West Africa, Scandinavia, and Australasia—where he has driven both operational efficiency and commercial expansion. His deep understanding of upstream oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, and power‑generation applications enables him to bridge technical capability with real‑world customer challenges in demanding environments.

When he joined U.S. Bolt in 1992, Tom brought 20 years of experience in the hot-forged, critical service bolting industry. He now has over 50 years of management experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing in this industry. He possesses expert knowledge of bolting for use in commercial nuclear and navy nuclear power generation, gas, steam and hydro-turbine power, aerospace, and all aspects of the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry.
In addition to being founding chairman of API Specifications 20E and 20F, Tom is a member of many other API Product Committees, providing technical guidance on bolting issues. He has twice been elected President of the Association of Well Head Equipment Manufacturers (AWHEM), and he chaired a committee that created TR1001, Specification for Low Alloy Steel Bolting.
Carlos
Canales
Chief Financial Officer
BIO
As Chief Financial Officer of WN Global, Carlos Canales brings over 30 years of public and private industry financial management experience. He began his professional career as an auditor for KPMG and went on to serve in a wide range of finance and accounting roles in diverse corporate and business settings, including AIG, a public insurance company, Cosentino NA, a private distributor and fabricator, and SBP Holdings, a private equity portfolio company.
Carlos is Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience optimizing working capital and cash flow, securing financing, and developing policies and procedures, internal controls and financial plans. His management experience also includes oversight of accounting and treasury departments.
Carlos is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is an active member of Financial Executives International and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Mike

As Chief Business Officer, Mike utilizes his vast experience by supporting all areas of the business with a focus on improving internal efficiencies and overall financial success for WN Global companies. Mike joined WWN Services LTD, the predecessor company to WN Global, in 2004, where he worked as Chief Financial Officer for many years. In the role of CFO, he also worked directly with TSP Manufacturing and U.S. Bolt Manufacturing, companies that would later become part of WN Global. Mike’s extensive experience working with the owner and leadership of the three organizations has helped him gain a unique perspective on the operational dynamics of WN Global companies and their employee teams.
Mike holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University and a M.B.A. from West Texas A&M University and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Lester
Burgess
Chief Quality Officer
BIO
Lester Burgess has been with the WN Global family of companies for over 20 years. He has over 40 years’ experience in manufacturing management, metallurgy and quality assurance. Lester chairs ASTM Subcommittee A01.13 on Steel Testing and ASTM Section A01.22.01 on Bolting. He is Vice-Chair of API Subcommittee 21 on Materials and technical lead for API Specifications 20E and 20F. He has authored numerous material and test specifications. Lester is an ASTM Fellow and currently serves as President of the Association of Wellhead Manufacturers (AWHEM). Lester is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer and sits on the Accreditation Council of the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). Lester is the recipient of many industry awards including the highest award of the ASTM Steel Committee - The Founding Committee Award. Lester studied metallurgy at the University of Rhode Island and holds a BS in Economics (statistics) and MBA from the University of Houston. Lester is an avid reader, musician, and enjoys athletics, especially competing in sprint triathlons.

Gill

Angela Gill joined WN Global in 2006, bringing her expertise in Talent Acquisition & Management to establish the organization’s Human Resources Department. Angela provides guidance and leadership to executives and senior management. She effectively recruits, manages and retains talent, enabling the organization to maintain a competitive edge with a high-performing motivated workforce.
Angela has over 25 years of experience as an HR professional in the Oil & Gas sector, specializing in Employee Development & Engagement, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Planning. Her expertise includes Benefits, Compensation, Compensation Design, Compliance, Employee Relations, Policy Development, Health, Safety, Worker’s Compensation, and Strategic Planning. Angela attended the University of Houston, with a major in Psychology. She holds several certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management and HR Houston and is an active member of both organizations.
Robert
Koss
Director of IT
BIO
Robert brings over 25 years of Information Technology experience and technical leadership to WN Global. His experience covers a broad range of areas that include security, enterprise applications, data networks and general infrastructure. Robert’s career in the Oil and Gas industry has been spent working in downstream Engineering, Procurement and Construction, midstream transportation and upstream drilling organizations.
Robert holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Houston and an M.S. in Information Architecture from Capitol College. In addition to his academic achievements, Robert has also attained his CISSP, CCNE and MCSE certifications.
